At the time of recording, we’ve reached the one-year benchmark of living with insecurity, uncertainty, illnesses, lockdown, tiptoeing back out into public, yet still feeling social isolation coupled with claustrophobia. In this episode, we talk about the lingering effects of these big societal changes that are still unfolding, and acknowledge frequent myths (such as, "Why me?!")But don't despair! We also share tools that work (and some that don't) to help you through. Overall, we hope to offer strength in this episode for you to be faithful to your own journey, your own work and your own need for help.
